Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Technical Recruiter role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordinating offers for technology and product roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, crafting job postings, and leveraging multiple channels such as professional networks, job boards, and social platforms to build strong talent pipelines. The role involves evaluating technical skills, maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and timely candidate experience. The Technical Recruiter will also contribute to recruiting process improvements, market mapping, and recruitment analytics to support data-informed hiring decisions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including end-to-end management of hiring processes.
Proven experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technology, product, and engineering roles.
