Position: Solar Technician
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a Solar Technician to handle field-level inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar systems. The role involves regular travel to customer and project sites across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect solar systems and identify technical issues.
Perform troubleshooting and basic electrical maintenance.
Check panels, inverters, wiring, connections, and other components.
Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance and system checks.




Identify faults and coordinate for necessary repairs.
Maintain service reports and records of site visits.
Travel to different customer/project sites as required.
Follow safety procedures while working at sites.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar equipment.
1–3 years of relevant technician/solar experience preferred.
Must have a bike or personal vehicle.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a field-based role.
