Role Description The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting PIIT Service Pvt.



Ltd.’s training programs and services to prospective learners, institutions, and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and presenting program details clearly and professionally. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, following up with inquiries, assisting with enrollment processes, and coordinating with training and HR teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Associate will also support local marketing activities, participate in events or workshops, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gwalior.
