About the Role
At VedPrep, we are building a student-first learning ecosystem where our responsibility doesn’t end with selling a course—it begins there.
We are looking for a Student Success Specialist who will act as the bridge between students and VedPrep’s academic, technical, and support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that students face minimum friction during their preparation journey and get the right support at the right time so they can maximize their chances of success in competitive examinations.
? Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for students after course enrollment.
Understand and resolve students’ academic, technical, and course-related issues.
Help students navigate the VedPrep app, classes, study material, tests, recordings, and other learning resources.
Coordinate with faculty/academic teams to resolve subject-related doubts and academic concerns.
Coordinate with the technical/product team to resolve app, login, payment,



video, test, or other technical issues.
Track unresolved student issues and ensure timely closure.
Identify students who are struggling with their preparation and proactively reach out to them.
Help students understand study plans, course structure, class schedules, tests, and preparation strategies.
Collect student feedback and communicate recurring issues to relevant internal teams.
Maintain proper records of student queries, complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
Identify recurring problems and suggest process/product improvements to improve student experience.
Work closely with the academic, operations, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
Focus not only on resolving problems but on ensuring student outcomes and exam success.
