About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive / Language Counsellor to join our growing team in Gurugram.
You will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their goals, recommending the right learning program, handling objections, following up with leads, and converting qualified prospects into paid learners.
This is a sales + counselling role,



where your primary responsibility will be to drive admissions, conversions, and revenue.
You will work across multiple language and learning programs, including English, French, German, Spanish, IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, and Corporate Language Training.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
* Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Handle inbound leads and proactively follow up with interested prospects.
* Understand learner requirements, goals, budget, preferred language, and learning timeline.
* Identify the right learning program based on the learner’s needs.
* Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments and admissions.
* Follow up consistently with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
