Role Description The Client Relationship Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues. The role includes tracking customer orders, coordinating with internal teams to meet service commitments, and maintaining accurate records of client communications. The coordinator will monitor customer feedback,



support initiatives to improve client satisfaction and experience, and contribute to strengthening long-term relationships with key accounts. The role also involves preparing basic reports on client activity and assisting in follow-up for renewals, repeat orders, and service requests.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations in a courteous and timely manner.
Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple client accounts, maintain accurate documentation, and prioritize tasks.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or customer databases).
