Role Description This full-time Workday Technical role with hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The position involves configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday modules, with a focus on HR and HRIS functionality. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, building and testing integrations, supporting system upgrades, and troubleshooting issues. The role also includes creating documentation, coordinating with HR and IT stakeholders, providing end-user support, and contributing to training and knowledge transfer. The Workday Technical professional is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, integrations (e.g., Studio,



EIB, web services), and reporting.
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to understand HR processes and translate them into Workday configurations.
Solid Production support background with exposure to Level two production support tasks.
Hands on experience in workday production control tasks.
Experience in working with Integration related issues, Jobs and alerts.
Knowledge in Custom reports, EIB, Core connector ,Payroll, Security , Business process, Cal fields, data sources, Web services, XML and XSLT
Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change management.
Good Analytical and reasoning skills.
Excellent communication Interpersonal and relationship development skills
