Role Summary




We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead a team of analysts, drive data quality and governance, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong people management capabilities with hands-on analytical expertise across SQL, Python, visualization tools, automation, and reporting systems.
Job Summary:
Lead analytical initiatives to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decision-making.
Develop, automate, and optimize dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models to support cross-functional teams.
Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across analytics and reporting processes.
Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists to holistically achieve data related needs of the department
