Job Description – International Merchandising Executive (Export)
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced International Merchandising Executive with robust experience in the Apparel/Textile Industry and Export Merchandising. The candidate will be responsible for managing international clients, export orders, and coordinating the complete merchandising process from order placement to final shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international buyers and export merchandising activities.
Manage the complete order cycle from sampling, order confirmation, production follow-up to shipment.
Coordinate with international clients regarding orders, samples, product development, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Follow up with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain regular communication with overseas buyers through email, calls,



and online meetings.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, production status, shipment details, and other merchandising reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product quality and customer requirements are met.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch of export orders.
Resolve buyer queries and ensure smooth execution of international orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Apparel/Textile Export Merchandising.
Strong knowledge of International Merchandising and Export processes.
Experience dealing with international buyers/clients is mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and merchandising documentation.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Candidates from Apparel/Textile Export companies will be preferred.
Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
