Role Description The Sales Manager role at Shri Balaji Paper Product is a full-time, in office position based in Alipur. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities with publishers, printers, and packaging converters. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting sales meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts,



and ensuring timely order fulfillment in coordination with supply and logistics teams. The role also involves tracking market trends, monitoring competitor activities, maintaining accurate sales reports, and contributing to pricing and sales strategies. The Sales Manager is expected to build strong, long-term customer relationships and uphold SBPP’s standards of transparent and ethical dealings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in paper trading, printing, packaging, or related industries.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
