Role Description The Sales Manager (Delhi-based) at Hyatt Centric Dehradun is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun, responsible for driving revenue from Delhi and key source markets. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing corporate and leisure accounts, and nurturing relationships with travel trade partners, event planners, and corporate clients. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and client meetings, preparing proposals and contracts,



coordinating site inspections, and maintaining accurate records in the sales systems. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to create targeted sales strategies, support promotional campaigns, and ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events. The position also includes regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and participation in trade shows and networking events to strengthen the hotel’s market presence.
Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably handling Delhi or NCR markets, with strong account management and business development capabilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales in corporate, MICE, and travel trade segments.
