? Location: Gurugram – Work from Office
? Experience: 2–3 Years
? Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
? Working Days: Monday–Saturday
? Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
* Drive quality leads and optimize campaign performance & ROI
* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
* Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
* EdTech industry experience preferred
* Strong expertise in Facebook Ads
* Experience handling a ₹15 lakh+ ad budget
* Good knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics & GTM
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
