About the Role
The Growth Associate is the on-ground driver of Student Tribe's presence in their assigned territory.



This person owns the relationship between Student Tribe and colleges from the first outreach to signing an MOU, onboarding an ambassador, and watching a thriving WhatsApp community grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, reach out to and activate colleges in the assigned territory through workshops, webinars, or events.
• Build and grow student community groups in each college.
• Onboard College POCs (Ambassadors) who will act as the on-ground point of contact within the campus.
• Facilitate and close MOU signings with college administrations and placement cells.
• Coordinate with the Community Experience Team for events to be hosted in their territory colleges.
• Track and report weekly on activation status, community growth, and pipeline colleges.
• Represent Student Tribe at college fairs, orientation events, and student-led gatherings.
