The product is built. The response from the market has been exceptional. Large enterprises such as Adani Group, L&T; Finance, Kalyan Jewellers, DCB Bank, Manipal Technologies and others have already adopted WrkTalk.
Founded by experienced founders with previous successful ventures behind them, WrkTalk is still a young company, but already profitable and scaling rapidly. We are now building the enterprise sales and delivery engine that will power the hyperscale expansion of a product that the world's largest enterprises are already choosing.

Who will you work with?
Our Business teams are led by a leader who has once grown a platform from its very first client to a consumer base of over a billion users — making that organization profitable and the largest in their industry, and taking it through Series A, B, and C fundraising rounds.



She now leads the Business teams for WrkTalk. You will work directly with her on adoption and engagement priorities.
At the same time, you will be embedded in the product and delivery team, working closely with engineering leads, product managers, and client-facing teams to ensure programs are scoped, tracked, and delivered with precision. You will interface regularly with senior stakeholders — both internal and at client organizations, including CIOs, CISOs, and HR leaders.

What will you do?
This is a hands-on, dual-mandate role that combines technical program delivery with enterprise adoption and engagement. Once WrkTalk is deployed at a client, you will own its end-to-end success — from technical onboarding and integration through to the workshops, training, and leadership engagement that drive real usage. This is not passive account management; it is enterprise adoption building of a recent category product.
