We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead a flagship PUMA Store.
? Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
?️ Brand: PUMA (Flagship Store)
? Team Size: 7–10 retail staff
? Store Size: 2000+ sq. ft.
The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining PUMA’s global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Manage end-to-end daily store operations and ensure sales targets are achieved
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 7–10 retail staff to meet KPIs and performance goals
Train and coach team members to deliver consistently high customer service standards aligned with PUMA brand guidelines
Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and physical stock counts
Ensure all visual merchandising and store presentation meet or exceed PUMA standards
Maintain store infrastructure and coordinate timely maintenance
Build robust working relationships with internal teams and the brand




Handle daily cash and card settlements and ensure timely reporting as per SOPs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
Assign duties effectively to ensure smooth store functioning

Our Ideal Candidate:
Based in Gujarat (Rajkot/Ahmedabad preferred)
Strong passion for and understanding of the PUMA brand
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail
Background from a reputed retail / lifestyle / fashion brand
Proven ability to manage store operations, sales targets, and KPIs
Strong leadership skills with experience handling medium-sized teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
Ability to train, develop, and retain high-performing store teams
