Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search/PMax, and emerging channels.
Funnel & CRO Optimization: Optimize end-to-end user journeys—from ad click to landing page—to lower CAC and maximize ROAS.
Creative Performance Iteration: Partner with the content team to test high-converting ad hooks, angles,
and UGC formats based on data.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Track daily ad spend, conversion metrics, cohort retention, and maintain performance dashboards.
A/B Testing: Design and execute structured tests across audiences, bidding models, copy, and landing pages.
What We Are Looking For
Performance Track Record: 1–3 years hands-on experience managing paid ad budgets (Meta & Google Ads) for D2C brands or fast-growing startups.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, GTM, and Excel/Sheets to analyze full-funnel metrics.
High Ownership & Speed: Ability to test hypothesis rapid, optimize spend independently, and thrive in an agile 0-to-1 environment.
