Role Description The Sales Head will lead the sales function, overseeing strategy, planning, and execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Shree Kunj Bihariji Group. This full-time, on-site role based in Sadar involves developing and implementing sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team,



and setting clear performance targets. The Sales Head will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders, and represent the brand at meetings, events, and site visits. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales pipelines, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with marketing and project teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives. The role also requires negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and compliance.
