Job Summary:
The Draftsman is responsible for producing accurate engineering drawings and plans using CAD software, working closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure all design specifications and safety standards.
Job Description:
> Understand client requirements and prepare ship drawings accordingly.
> Create detailed drawings using NAPA software.
> Generate Bill of Materials (BOM).
> Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation in Excel and other tools
> Provide daily progress reports.
Proficiency in CAD Softwares:
> AutoCAD
> Ms Office
> NAPA
> Ship constructor
> Any other relevant software. (Aveva marine, cadmatic)
Educational Qualifications:
> Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
> Certification in CAD software or specialized drafting tools is an advantage.
