We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Production Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a creative team while continuing to contribute directly to high-quality design and brand production.
This role combines creative leadership, hands-on design, production management, and team development. You will work closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling design assets across ecommerce, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, websites, packaging, product launches, and print.
The ideal candidate has strong creative judgment, a deep understanding of brand identity, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities without compromising quality. You will also play a key role in building effective creative workflows, mentoring designers, and continuously raising the creative standard.




Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day execution and delivery of the creative production team.
Act as the creative second-in-command to the creative leadership team.
Remain hands-on in producing high-quality design assets across digital, ecommerce, social media, email, web, packaging, and print.
Review creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency, visual quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
Mentor, coach, and develop designers through constructive feedback and ongoing creative guidance.
Prioritize creative requests, allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Technology, Product, and Leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
Establish and improve creative workflows, production systems, and processes that increase efficiency without compromising quality.
