About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cafe Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our café in Delhi.
The Cafe Manager will be responsible for leading the café team, delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining operational standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth and efficient café operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, coach, and develop café team members.
Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower effectively.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain food quality,



coffee quality, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure consistent execution of coffee and beverage SOPs.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and wastage.
Handle cash, POS operations, and basic financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Drive sales through suggestive selling, upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Monitor café performance and take corrective actions where required.
Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduation is mandatory.
Previous experience in the coffee/café industry is highly preferred and will be a key consideration for this role.
Experience in Café, Coffee, QSR, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Retail operations.
