Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. It is field job which requires regular visits to the business partners. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key partner institutions, educational stakeholders, and major student referral sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing account performance,



tracking student conversions, coordinating with counseling and operations teams, and ensuring timely resolution of partner and student queries. The Key Account Manager will prepare business plans for key accounts, identify opportunities for collaboration, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, representing GeeBee at events or meetings, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the partner and student experience.
