Job Overview
We are looking for a Legal Intern to assist in Co-operative Housing Society (CHS) Redevelopment, Tendering Processes, and Real Estate Legal Compliance. The role offers hands-on exposure to society laws, developer agreements, tender drafting, liaisoning procedures, and legal documentation.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Marathi is mandatory, as the role involves interacting with society members, office bearers, government authorities, and reviewing Marathi legal documents.
Key Responsibilities1. CHS Redevelopment Legal Support
Assist in drafting and reviewing:
Development Agreements
Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAA)
Power of Attorney (POA)
Society Resolutions & Special General Body Meeting (SGBM) Minutes
Redevelopment Notices and Legal Correspondence (English & Marathi)
Study and apply provisions under:
Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act
Redevelopment Guidelines (Section 79A and related provisions)

2. Tendering & Documentation
Assist in preparation of:
Tender Documents
Notice Inviting Tender (NIT)
Bid Comparison Sheets
Legal Clauses and Commercial Terms
Assist in handling:

Verify and review:
