Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager, who will handle Project Management & Capability Building for our Enterprise business. The role includes overseeing execution, supervision,



client interactions, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The candidate will also be responsible for developing the capabilities of the operations team by conducting structured training, mentoring current recruits, and ensuring consistent implementation of company processes across project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Oversee Environics Service implementation and activities at client locations as per requirement.
2) Ensure quality and operational standards are met.
3) Overseeing work of Operations Engineers and provide technical guidance.
4) Manage client interactions, site documentation, and reporting.
5) Design and conduct training programs for new Operations Trainees and Engineers.
6) Mentor, coach, and evaluate new team members during their induction and on-the-job training.
