About Beastlife
Beastlife is a fast-growing fitness and nutrition brand building the next generation of products for consumers who want to live stronger, healthier and more active lives.
We are looking for an Art Director – Video who can lead the visual storytelling and video creative engine of Beastlife — from high-volume influencer content and performance creatives to motion-led brand communication and next-generation AI-powered content.
About the Role
This is a hands-on creative leadership role at the intersection of Video, Motion Design, Influencer Content, Creative Engineering and AI.
You will lead our Video Editing and Motion Graphics teams, set the creative bar for video output and ensure that every piece of content feels distinctly Beastlife while staying aligned with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional video creative who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and convert. You should be equally comfortable directing a team, editing a video yourself, developing a recent visual concept,



working with influencers and experimenting with AI to dramatically increase creative output.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the Video Editing and Motion Graphics teams, setting the creative vision, quality benchmark and execution standards.
Own the overall video visual language and creative expression of Beastlife across brand, social, influencer and performance marketing.
Ensure all video content is aligned with Beastlife's brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity and communication objectives.
Build a high-output creative engine capable of producing large volumes of high-quality influencer, UGC, social and performance videos.
Develop systems and workflows to get the maximum creative output from influencer shoots and raw content — turning one shoot into multiple high-performing creative assets.
Work closely with Gaurav Taneja to develop concepts, formats, narratives and recurring content properties that l
