Role Description

Human Resources:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.




• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Support performance management, probation reviews, confirmations, and appraisal processes.
• Draft HR letters, policies, offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and employee grievance handling.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring and workforce planning requirements.

Administration:
• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain office assets, inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and facility management.
• Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required.

Basic Accounting & Finance Support:
• Create and maintain Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices.
