As a Video Editor, you’ll be a key player in shaping stories through powerful visuals, sharp cuts, sound, rhythm, and emotion.
You’ll work across a wide range of video formats, from snappy Reels and YouTube Shorts to long-form videos, brand films, interviews, documentaries, and digital campaigns.
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled editor who understands pacing, storytelling, trends, sound, color, and the tiny details that turn raw footage into a polished visual experience.

How your day would look like at SandCup
Edit short-form videos like Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first content with strong hooks and engaging cuts.




Work on long-form videos including YouTube content, brand films, interviews, podcasts, and documentaries.
Turn raw footage into compelling stories with clean structure, smooth pacing, and strong visual flow.
Design and enhance soundscapes using music, SFX, background scores, and audio mixing.
Perform color correction and color grading to maintain visual consistency and cinematic quality.
Use AI-powered tools to improve video, audio, workflow, and overall editing efficiency.
Collaborate with the creative team to translate briefs into polished visual stories.
Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Manage multiple edits without letting deadlines win the final cut.

You’ll be a great fit if
You have 2–4 years of skilled video editing experience.
Your portfolio or showreel shows both short-form and long-form editing work.
