Kshetry & Co. is expanding its presence in India and is establishing a new office in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially aware professional who can take end-to-end responsibility of setting up, management and operationalising our Bangalore office, followed by ongoing administration and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist premium commercial office spaces in Bangalore.
Coordinate property visits, commercial evaluations, lease documentation and negotiations.
Manage the complete office setup, fit-out and operational launch.
Coordinate architects, contractors, vendors, IT, furniture, security, utilities and office infrastructure.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor budgets, timelines, procurement and office-related expenses.
Coordinate office contracts, licences, registrations and administrative documentation.




Manage day-to-day facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security and office operations after launch.
Coordinate with management, partners and the Firm’s other offices.
Provide regular management reports and proactively identify operational or commercial risks.
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of relevant experience in office administration, facilities management, corporate operations, office setup or project coordination.
Experience in setting up a new office from inception will be strongly preferred.
Experience with law firms, skilled-services firms, MNCs or corporate offices is an advantage.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, documentation and project-management skills.
Ability to understand commercial and contractual terms.
Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality and ownership.
Graduate degree in Business Administra
