About the Role




This role owns the technical leadership of design technology work for the Digital Engineering Solutions team in India. The position blends hands-on problem solving with team leadership, guiding BIM, CAD, computational design, and scripting-based solutions for complex architecture, engineering, and environmental science challenges. It also requires translating technical ideas into clear, accessible language for multidisciplinary audiences. The successful person will help set standards, influence workflows, support innovation, and manage a team of design technology experts so the group can deliver consistent value across the broader AEC practice.
