Role Description This is a full time Merchandiser role based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.



The Merchandiser will manage product assortments, ensure optimal stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain fabric availability aligned with market demand. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales and customer data, planning promotions, and supporting pricing and display strategies that enhance revenue and brand experience. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop compelling product presentations for B2B clients and ensure timely fulfillment. The Merchandiser will also monitor market trends, gather feedback from customers, and suggest improvements to ranges, quality, and sourcing processes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Experience in Sales and Retail environments, with the ability to understand demand patterns and drive product performance.
