Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, channel development, project sales, and specification business within the assigned territory. This is a field-based role involving regular interaction with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, Dealers, and Distributors to generate business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :
Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks and expand market presence.
Generate project leads, secure product specifications, and convert opportunities into sales.
Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, and channel partners.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy channel relationships.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business reports.

Requirements :
9–12 years of sales experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, MDF, adhesives, hardware, paints, or related building materials.
Solid existing network with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, Dealers, and Distributors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Experience handling channel sales, project sales, and specification
