We are building India’s premier climate-tech venture turning agricultural residue into high-integrity Carbon Removal Credits (CORCs) via advanced pyrolysis—restoring soil health and boosting farmer resilience from the ground up.

We are looking for a hands-on Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to anchor our financial architecture and lead our upcoming capital raise as we prepare for launch.

This isn't a standard corporate finance job. As a true co-founder, you will shape the company’s strategic trajectory, own investor relations, and build financial models tracking unit economics and climate impact.

Location: Hybrid (Travel required for stakeholder, farmer, and investor meetings)
Role: Co-Founder & CFO
Investment Alignment: To ensure absolute skin-in-the-game and co-founder equity partnership,



a minimum investment of INR 2 Crores is required.
What You Will Drive
Spearhead equity, debt, and grant fundraising.
Own financial planning, cash-flow management, and capital allocation.
Build unit economic frameworks tying financial returns to CORCs and farmer prosperity.
Partner directly with radios and founders on strategic expansion, fieldwork, and board governance.
Who Should Apply
An elite finance skilled (CA / MBA / CFA) with deep startup/scale-up fundraising experience.
