Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Reliability

Develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans for plant equipment.
Analyze equipment failures and identify reliability improvement opportunities.
Monitor key maintenance KPIs such as equipment availability, reliability, MTBF, and MTTR.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Operational Excellence

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Implement best maintenance and operational practices across plant systems.
Monitor performance trends and recommend improvement measures for plant operations.
Facilitate implementation of operational excellence tools and methodologies.

Technical Support

Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting critical plant equipment issues.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, and OEMs for technical resolutions.
Review technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and engineering documents.
Support modernization, renovation,



and improvement projects.

Planning & Coordination

Prepare annual maintenance plans, shutdown schedules, and resource requirements.
Monitor execution of planned maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with various departments to optimize plant availability and performance.
Track maintenance costs and identify opportunities for budget optimization.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
Promote a robust safety culture within the department.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare MIS reports, maintenance dashboards, and performance reviews.
Maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and equipment history data.
Present performance analysis and improvement recommendations to management.
