Account Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, banking transactions, vendor and customer accounts, and financial documentation.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate company books of accounts, handling GST, TDS, TCS and related statutory compliance, performing reconciliations, supporting finalization of accounts and audits,
and maintaining the Director’s personal accounting and financial transaction records with complete confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities1. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
Verify invoices, vouchers, bills and supporting documents before accounting.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records for future reference.
Ensure accounting entries are accurate and properly classified.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
2. GST Compliance
Maintain proper GST-related accounting records and documentation.
Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase records.
Identify and follow up with vendors regarding purchase and GST mismatches.
Prepare and file GSTR-3B returns accurately within statutory timelines.
