About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Amazon, Flipkart & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize marketplace and social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting,



performance marketing, and scaling e-commerce sales through data-driven strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon & Flipkart Ads
Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
Handle Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns on Amazon.
Manage Flipkart PLA (Product Listing Ads) and other relevant ad formats.
Perform keyword research, bid optimization, search-term analysis, and A/B testing.
Monitor campaign performance including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ad-attributed sales.
Optimize product listings in collaboration with content/design teams to improve organic and paid performance.
Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, promotions, keywords, and market trends.
Manage daily and weekly advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across campaigns and SKUs.
