? We’re Hiring: Cybersecurity Expert & Facilitator

ThinkSharp Foundation is looking for a Cybersecurity Expert & Facilitator to lead our Cybersecurity Awareness Programme across government schools in Pune.

The programme aims to equip students with practical knowledge of online safety, cybersecurity, responsible digital behaviour, privacy, social media safety, cyberbullying, phishing, online scams, and digital security.

? Role: Cybersecurity Expert & Facilitator

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Engagement: Project-based / Full-time

Project Period: 1st September 2026 – 30th April 2027

? Key Responsibilities

Conduct cybersecurity awareness sessions for school students.

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions through activities, demonstrations, quizzes, and practical examples.

Cover topics such as phishing, online scams, password safety, privacy, personal data protection, social media safety, cyberbullying, and responsible digital behaviour.

Facilitate assessments and activities to measure student learning.

Coordinate with schools and teachers for programme implementation.





Maintain attendance, session records, photographs, feedback, and programme documentation.

Support monitoring and reporting of programme outcomes.

Travel across participating government schools in Pune.

? Who We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and digital safety.

Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, or working with school students.

Ability to simplify technical cybersecurity concepts for children.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable conducting interactive and activity-based sessions.

Willingness to travel across Pune.

Prior experience in education, social impact, or school-based programmes will be an advantage.
