Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of the Pune branch and interior Maharashtra, including Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Administration, and Godown Operations. The role requires solid leadership, operational control, and credit management to ensure smooth branch functioning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the branch.
Supervise sales/marketing teams, accounts, and godown operations.
Drive business growth and support achievement of sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables.
Maintain inventory, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business objectives.
Requirements :
12–15 years of experience in branch management, sales operations, or building materials industry (Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Hardware, Paints, etc.).
Strong understanding of branch operations, accounts, inventory, and credit control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in dealer management and collections.
Graduate required; Post Graduate preferred.
