Role Description The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest services. This is a full time, in office role based at Ramada by Wyndham Ghaziabad Vasundhara in Ghaziabad. Key responsibilities include supervising front office staff, coordinating receptionist duties, managing reservations, and maintaining accurate records in the property management system.



The role involves handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service, and supporting communication between front office, housekeeping, and other departments. The Front Office Supervisor also monitors adherence to hotel policies, trains team members on service standards, and supports efforts to optimize occupancy and revenue while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.
