Role Description The CAT Faculty will design and deliver classroom sessions for CAT and related management entrance examinations, focusing on Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability,



Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning. This full-time, on-site role in Jamshedpur involves planning lesson content, creating and reviewing practice questions, evaluating student performance, and providing targeted feedback. The faculty member will conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mentor learners on test-taking strategies, and support students through GD-PI preparation where required. Responsibilities also include contributing to curriculum improvement, participating in academic meetings, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering an inclusive, student-centric learning environment.
Qualifications
Solid conceptual understanding and teaching ability in Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability for CAT and similar exams.
