Role Overview -
We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to own the full employee lifecycle at Rasta.AI — from hiring to onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and culture-building. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced startup environment and wants to build HR processes from the ground up rather than just maintain existing ones.
Key Responsibilities -
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening,
interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring pipelines
Improve and streamline the candidate experience
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
Design and run onboarding programs for new hires
Manage employee documentation, contracts, and HRIS records
Own offboarding processes, including exit interviews
Performance & Culture
Implement and manage performance review cycles (goal-setting, feedback, appraisals)
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
Manage payroll coordination with finance/accounts
Maintain and update HR policies as the company scales
Own HR documentation, audits, and repor
