About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing initiatives for AscentPath. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will independently drive brand awareness, demand generation, product marketing, and digital campaigns to generate qualified enterprise leads and support business growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about B2B SaaS marketing, understands enterprise learning and HR technology trends, and thrives in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation




Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for enterprise customers.
Build targeted campaigns for HR Leaders, Learning & Development (L&D;) teams, Sales Enablement leaders, Customer Success teams, and business executives.
Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead conversion and pipeline growth.
Content Marketing
Create and manage blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, customer success stories, newsletters, case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership content.
Develop content around AI-powered learning, employee onboarding, sales enablement, workforce development, compliance training, and skills transformation.
Collaborate with Product Management on product launches, feature announcements, and messaging.
Website & SEO
Own the AscentPath website and optimize it for traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
