Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bellary for a Branch Manager and Business Development Executive. The role includes overseeing branch operations, leading local teams, and ensuring timely and quality execution of solar projects across residential, commercial,



and agricultural segments. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers, government bodies, and channel partners, and managing end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. The Branch Manager and Business Development Executive will monitor project performance, coordinate with technical and logistics teams, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also requires preparing periodic reports, forecasts, and market insights to support strategic decisions and branch growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
Experience in branch or operations management, with the ability to oversee teams, workflows, and project delivery.
