The Buzzz Bureau is a full-service marketing agency working with brands across FMCG, fashion, manufacturing, lifestyle, and B2B. We help brands grow through strategy, content, social media, performance marketing, and creative campaigns.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Executive to help us bring more exciting brands on board and scale the agency.
Location : In-office (Andheri East)
Working Days & Time:
Monday to Friday, 2nd and 4th Saturdays Working
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary
- Commission on every closed deal
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and onboard clients for The Buzzz Bureau
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify potential brands and decision-makers (founders, marketing heads, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and pitch TBB’s marketing solutions accordingly
- Make outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn & WhatsApp outreach
- Schedule meetings and assist in closing deals
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and growth targets
- Maintain lead tracker, follow-ups, and closure status
- Coordinate smooth handover to internal team after deal closure
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Closing 2 brands every month
Who Should Apply:
- Someone who enjoys talking to people and selling ideas
- Target-driven
- Positive communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Basic knowledge of marketing or agency services is a plus
- 2-5 years experience in sales / BD is okay (attitude matters more)
