Join a growing BFSI team as a Sales Officer and take ownership of business development, customer acquisition, and territory growth. Conduct regular field visits for business development.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
Graduation is mandatory.
~1–4 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or related BFSI sectors.
~ Comfortable with field-based and target-oriented work.
~ Strong local market knowledge will be an advantage.
~ Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
