Role Description The Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will coordinate product development and sampling, maintain detailed product specifications, and ensure that designs align with market trends and buyer requirements.



Daily tasks include liaising with production and design teams, preparing and updating catalogues and product listings, and managing order follow-up from inquiry to shipment. The role involves communicating with domestic and international clients, supporting sales presentations, and providing product knowledge to buyers. The Merchandiser will also analyze market feedback, monitor competitor offerings, and suggest improvements in assortments, pricing, and packaging to support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for interacting with buyers, production teams, and stakeholders.
Customer Service and client relationship management skills for handling inquiries, feedback, and long-term partnerships.
Marketing awareness, including basic knowledge of B2B merchandising, branding, and product positioning.
Experience in merchandising or product coordination within manufacturing or export-oriented companies is prefer
