Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Facade Estimation Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The role involves preparing detailed quantities and BOQs for façade works, analyzing drawings and specifications,



and developing accurate cost estimations for ongoing and upcoming projects. The Facade Estimation Engineer will coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams to clarify technical requirements, validate scope, and support tendering and negotiation processes. Daily responsibilities include reviewing contractor and supplier quotations, conducting market and technical research for façade materials and systems, and updating estimation databases and cost benchmarks. The role also requires supporting value engineering efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards, and contributing to timely, cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation, with hands-on experience in façade-related measurements and documentation.
Proficiency in project estimation and cost analysis, including budgeting, tender estimation, and rate build-up for façade systems.
Academic background in Civil Engineer
