Key Responsibilities
* Achieve enrolment targets for institute programmes.
* Conduct data calls for lead generation and provide effective career counselling.
* Manage telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions with timely follow-ups.
* Oversee and close the entire admission process, ensuring smooth on boarding.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with schools, colleges, educational private tutors, and consultants for collaborations and tie-ups.
* Organise and conduct impactful seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
* Represent and promote the institute at exhibitions, education fairs, and other academic/industry events.
* Prepare detailed post-event reports, including market analysis,



competitor insights, and recommendations for growth strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Manag ement, Education, or related fields).
* 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, or the education sector.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools for data management & reporting.
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Willingness to travel for school/college visits, tie-ups, and events.
* Goal-orientated mind set with proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.
