Role Description As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Odra Solar’s presence in the regional solar and sustainable power market. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Balianta. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations, support negotiations,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking performance against targets, and providing feedback to help refine business development strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build and manage a strong client pipeline.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, present solutions, and negotiate effectively.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or related sectors.
