Role Description The Steward role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Steward will support daily restaurant operations by assisting with table setup, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing attentive service, coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, and following hygiene and safety guidelines. This role requires consistency, a professional appearance,



and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Solid Customer Service skills with a guest-first mindset and the ability to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors clearly and respectfully.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including basic menu understanding, serving techniques, and hygiene practices.
Ability to follow Training and SOPs, learn new service standards quickly, and adapt to different F&B; formats.
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with the right attitude are welcome.
Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
