? Kolkata | Finance & Treasury | Reporting to CFO | 7–12 Years Experience

We are looking for a high-calibre finance professional to drive fundraising, structured finance, investor relations and strategic treasury initiatives for our Group.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, managing critical funding relationships and supporting the Group’s growth and capital strategy.
Key Areas of Responsibility
▪️ End-to-end Debt & Capital Raising – Construction Finance, LAP, LRD, Structured Debt, Project Finance & Refinance
▪️ Institutional & Investor Fundraising – Funds, AIFs, Family Offices, HNIs & Strategic Investors
▪️ Bank, NBFC & Investor Relationship Management
▪️ Financial Modelling, CMA, Cash Flow & Debt Structuring
▪️ Funding Due Diligence, Documentation, Sanction & Disbursement
▪️ Covenant Compliance & Funding Monitoring




▪️ Treasury Planning, Liquidity Management & Cost Optimisation
▪️ Financial Analysis including DSCR, IRR, NPV & Sensitivity Analysis
Who We’re Looking For
✔️ CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
✔️ 7–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, NBFC/HFC or Real Estate Finance
✔️ Strong exposure to construction finance / structured debt transactions
✔️ Excellent financial modelling, negotiation & presentation skills
✔️ Robust commercial orientation with high ownership and execution focus
