Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the debt settlement process. Daily activities include communicating with clients to understand their financial situations, explaining XeroDebt’s solutions, and guiding them through enrollment, documentation, and ongoing case updates. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely resolution of issues, and consistent follow-up on client accounts.



The Relationship Manager will monitor client satisfaction, handle escalations professionally, and provide clear, empathetic support that builds trust and long-term engagement. This position also contributes to process improvements by sharing client feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to explain financial concepts clearly, with basic understanding of debt settlement or consumer finance preferred.
Proficiency in spoken and written English; fluency in additional regional languages in India is an advantage.
